With a synthesizer and a microphone, Thollem's HPOH forges elements of Punk Rock, Psychedelia and Blues with many other influences from around the world. Including new songs and solo arrangements of Tsigoti songs, with "fluid keys pulverization" (Brad Cohan, Spin Magazine), Thollem’s work is ”political debauchery and a forward vocal delivery … that comes a-swingin’ right out of the gate" (Chocolate Grinder, Tiny Mix Tapes)

Over the last decade, Thollem's toured non-stop internationally, performing and recording with hundreds of musicians from a wide variety of genres resulting in more than 60 albums on 22 different vanguard labels. As a vocalist, Thollem's been releasing albums the last 10 years with his Italian agit-punk band Tsigoti(5th album coming this year), Hand To Man Band (Mike Watt, John Dieterich, Tim Barnes) and Andy Kaufman plus his initial solo album 'Machine in The Ghost'. The first HPOH album will be out later this year.

In the rockin' world, Thollem has performed and recorded with members of Deerhoof, The Minutemen, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Half Japanese, Wilco, Unwound, Old Time Relijun, Cibo Matto, The Stooges, Jealousy Party, Stars Like Fleas, Tenderizor, A Love Electric, Can and more.

"Thollem might be a musician, or he might be some kind of wizard scientist. The experience might melt your mind.” - The Denver Westword
Glassmen’s Sarah Jennings Evans studied music theory and audio engineering at Yale. After college, she played guitar, bass, piano, and viola in various bands before finally landing in Madison, Wisconsin.

While in Madison, she acquired a rare joint condition in her arms, and was limited to musical instruments you can play with just your feet: for example, the organ pedals. In 2012, she created Glassmen and released For the Crows. In 2013, she followed her EP with the single “All My Best,” a song composed using only her feet and throat. In 2015, her arms finally improved, and she returned to performing with guitar and piano.
