JOEL PINGITORE AND THE PLAYGROUND OF SOUND

The Playground of Sound is an exciting, accomplished blues /rock band based out of Madison, WI. Formed in September 2008, they have played hundreds of shows both nationally and throughout Wisconsin. They have become one the strongest and most entertaining blues bands in the area, and have a very loyal fan following that is growing by the day. They play a mix of inspired original music and familiar songs by influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robert Cray etc. They are a truly talented group of musicians who always keep their crowd wanting more late into the night.

Joel Pingitore is a truly unique talent on guitar and anyone who sees him perform comes away knowing they have witnessed something special. The rhythm section of Frank Queram on bass and Joel Brantmeier on drums is rock solid. Queram is an accomplished bassist with a flair for blues and funk. Brantmeier is a groove king on drums with a dynamic style that keeps the music fresh and interesting. Brad Reichert handles the vocals for the PlayGround. His powerful and soulful voice is a perfect fit for the band and his infectious personality keeps the crowd thoroughly entertained throughout the show.

Born of the remnants of a popular blues trio in Wausau,WI,these mid west boys have more in common with The Blues of the delta and the messages the music is famous for. MTG is made up of Brian Miller on Drums,Tom Jordan on Guitar and vocals, and Seth Heffner on Bass .Sometimes you can catch Texas boy Cole Hollidaywiththem on Harmonica!

They have shared the stage with the likes of;Lonnie Brooks, Chris Duarte, Scott Holt, Bill Perry,and many more.
