The Frequency is a live music venue and night club located in downtown Madison near the Capitol Square at 121 W. Main St. We host a wide variety of local, regional, national and international acts 7 nights a week.

We serve Emil's pizza. There are plenty of fine establishments close by that offer food as well.

We open at 8pm every day; for happy hour shows we open a half hour prior to show time. Daily Drink specials Daily!

We are an 18 + venue (select shows will be 21+, please refer to our website for nightly details)

Please keep an eye on individual show listings as NOT ALL SHOWS WILL BE 18+. The Frequency will be working with artists to determine which shows will be 18+. If an event is listed at 21+ it is because the artists have requested it be that way.

18 + RULES:

· INTOXICATED PATRONS UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED
· PATRONS UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE CAUGHT CONSUMING ALCOHOL WILL BE EJECTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND A SHOW AT THE FREQUENCY UNTIL THEY ARE 21.
· PATRONS OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE CAUGHT PROCURING OR PROVIDING ALCOHOL FOR UNDERAGE PATRONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND A SHOW AT THE FREQUENCY FOR ONE YEAR.
